Thrown Belts

I purchased my cub last spring and it has spent more time in the shop because it keeps eating my belts. They have put modifiecations on y pulleys but still no go. This mower is a lemon and my State has the lemon law so are you going to make my mower right or am I going to small claims or turn this over to the Autorney General of my state. I am very unhappy with this mower
