The most common sizes of spark plug nuts and the sockets used to remove/install them are 15/16", 13/16" and 5/8". To remove the spark plug; slip the socket over the plug and rotate the wrench counterclockwise (lefty-loosey) until the plug comes loose and can be easily lifted away from the engine.

This is a standard plug please check this link below:-

currently 3 spark plug thread diameter and pitch sizes used on motorcycles and ATVs: 10 mm x 1.0, 12 mm x 1.25 and 14 mm x 1.25. There are currently 2 thread lengths used: 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch.

spark plugs require a 5/8" ,that is 16mm size spark plug socket. This refers to the size of the flats on the spark plug that are coming contact with the socket.
