Will Not Propel

My 98m will not propel. Also when pulling it back the rear wheels do not rotate

Hello try the following to solve this problem:

Drain fuel tank & Refill with fresh fuel.

Replace air filter.

Push CHOKE knob in

This video will show you how to change the air filter on a walk behind mower.

Replace spark plug. Refer to engine Operator's Manual.

Clean or replace fuel line

Open fuel valve. See engine Operator's Manual

Clear vent
