Speaker Problem

Hi I have the cricket Mt engage phone when people call me I can hear them but they can't hear me. Can u tell me what might be wrong? How do I fix it

Hi, it not speaker but mic problem. You can check if the little hole if it is not blocked or have your mic replaced. To confirm it just try using head setts first, then you will know it is the mic.
