First check and make sure it isnt the charger that is the issue, if you can hook it up to another charger and it still isnt charging, it's the port. The only way to have this problem fixed would be to take it to your local cricket store. You could probably rig it for a tempory fix depending on how damaged the port is, but for the most part, when the port is out, you need a new phone.
