I Received My Phone Cannot Get It Activated Because No One Will Answer The Phone

I have been calling the 1-800 number day and night, I keep getting a recording that no representatives are available. I need to get my phone activated. I have been calling day and night, but no one will answer. This is the worse customer serivce I have every received. I am not happy with this treatment. I need this phone activated
