I Have A Problem With My Cricket Phone And The Company That Takes Payments

i need to talk to a cricket customer service person live to fix what is going on with my bill and the company that takes their payments, they have made a huge mistake and shut my service off for a charge of service transfer i never wanted or authorized, so of course the bank account number they used for this fee is invalid and now they are charging me 25.00 for an invalid acct number that did not go through, because it was not my account and have suspended my service for 2 weeks i have already paid ahead on my bill, their mistake is the reason why i have not had service for 2 weeks, they will not talk to me about anything until i pay this, i am not paying for something i never authorized and for it not going through a nd i would think cricket should know what is going on, but i have been trying to get a live person and cannot through the phone number, please help me get this fixed, everyday my phone is off costs me a fortune since i am self employed,

You can contact customer service from your Cricket phone by dialing *611, or from other phone 1-800-CRICKET
