How Can Cricket's Pay Site Crash And Take Your Money And Then Shut Your Phone Of

How can Cricket's pay site crash while your paying your bill and they take your money and refuse to put it on your phone?I paid my bill on Friday the 1st of March and while it was processing their site crashed but at the same time they took the money off the card and then they refuse to put it on my bill.I called them and told them that the system crashed before I could get the conformation # and they still insisted on a conformation #.
