My Cricket Wireless Phone

I have an idol cricket alcatel phone and i only had it for 3 months. Problem when i key in my pin to log in on a site,it goes all the way back to my front screen. When i try to log in facebook it goes back to my front screen. The location stays on,it cuts off and come back on.i been having this problem for 2weeks now. It has never did this. What i need to do
