On my ZTE phone what does it mean when an envelope appears in the corner after sending a text message ?

Greetings - That may mean that the phone is busy attempting to process the sms. Try and get another phone, type a word or just letters on the ZTE and try to send it to the second phone and observe what happens on the ZTE when the sms arrives on the other phone. If it never arrives then the envelop simple meants that the ZTE is somehow failing to send through sms's. This may be due to some errors on the massege settings or if it is an MMS you are attempting to send, it my be that you have not requested and setup your your phone for MMS from your service provider (this is free and can easily be done by few pressing of buttons).
