Call CS, they will help you make the transfer.

By Phone- You can reach a Cricket Customer Service Representative by dialing *611 from your Cricket phone or calling 1-800-CRICKET.

you can process ESN/MEID change 3 ways.

1) you can visit a cricket owned store

2) you can call customer service dialing *611 using your cricket phone or 1-800-2742538.

-the 2 option will require payment of $15 for the processing fee but if you don't want to pay for the processing fee then try option

3) Do it online. Suprised? yes, you may now switch your phone online all you need to do is visit the website which is www.mycricket.com. If you have an account just login if you don't know the password you can simply click the option *reset password*. The new password will be sent to your phone. As soon as you successfully *login* just choose the option *switch phone* on the left side of the page..

call customer service and ask for an ESN/MEID change. Get the ESN/MEID of the new phone from the back. It starts with 268 or 270 and it's 18 digits but sometimes it's 11 digits and starts with 0. It costs $15 for regular monthly cricket accounts and free for pay go customers.
