Sorry to hear about this.

You should contact Cricket to request your service be disconnected from the phone that was stolen or lost. To contact Customer Service from any phone please call 1-800-Cricket (274-2538).

If, you do not have insurance on your device, the Customer Service Rep may be able to assist you with other options for replacing your device.
