How Can I Contact Support Online Without An Account Password?

I've been trying to pay my bill by phone all day. I can't get through by phone. The website says they are texting me a temp password, but that is not working. How can I get through to help without a password?

PIN is very important, u must have it or else there's no way you can access your account again.

also try to remember your secret question.

i believe virgin mobile is dedicated to it's customers account security so if it's you're account, YOU MUST KNOW AND HAVE THE PIN.
