My cell phone and vehicle were stolen, can my phone be tracked in real time, in the hopes of locating both?

Not in real time no, but Cricket should be able to tell you approximately where a call was made from if the thief uses the phone. It would be best to call Cricket and see what they can do. Here is the number: 1-800-274-2538.
