What is the process to cancel my Cricket Wireless account?

Go to www.mycricket.com/learn/company-information and pull up the list of corporate officers. E-mail them with this message: If I don't get a solution to this problem in 3 working days, I will spread the word that Cricket Wireless should be avoided because of appalling customer service.

Try calling "For refunds on orders placed through mycricket.com, please contact Cricket Online Order Customer Service at 1-866-384-4425 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-866-384-4425      end_of_the_skype_highlighting." Than ask to be transferred to cancellation department. You get routed a Panama exchange and a real person to talk to. They said I now am cancelled! 

 

Never ever get a Cricket Account  The 1-800 CRICKET number just leads to a suspension of service not a cancellation!  Absolutely the worst terrible service.

 

A disappointed Californian.

If you want to save time getting Cricket's attention, call then direct at 858-882-6000 or fax them (maybe repeatdly) at 858-882-6010. This is Leaf Wireless, parent company of Cricket Wireless.

Another solution is to purchase a new phone from another carrier and transfer the phone number to the new carrier. It automatically cancels.

they make you run arround alot. the 1-800-cricket number is an outsource. try calling one of the other cricket numbers it worked once for me.

call 1-800-Cricket and listen for the prompts to change or add service. Push that and when rep come on ask them verify your acct. number, once you have that number, then tell them you want to cancel your account. I did this.
