Desperate For Tech Support Phone# To Setup Wp350 For Hearing Impaired Dad To Hea
I cannot get the headphones to work, and they are like a prayer answered for my father to be able to hear the tv for the first time in ages. He is so excited to use them, but I simply cannot get them operational, and there is no phone number to get direct help in setting up. I following set up instructions but clearly missing something... no sound in headphones, but lights seem correct.... I hope something simple!
