i am posting a personal ad, but i am trying to associate it with my phone bec i am blind, is there any way to do this

It's hard to understand your question. Every advertiser, sighted or not, has the opportunity to associate a phone number with his or her ad. After you've chosen the geographic location (but before you've created the ad), you're presented with a page section called "contact info." In that section you can select contact "by phone" and list your phone number, which would then be available to the respondent.
