I HAVE BEEN TEMPORALY BLOCKED FROM CL AND I DON'T KNOW WHY. WHAT DO I TO DO SO I CAN GET THIS CORRECTED.

How do you know you were blocked? How do you know the block is temporary? Please provide the specific information, including the exact wording of any error message or other notice to you.
