Post Not Found After Submitting It.

I posted a For Sale ad on Dec 29. I received the confirmation email from Craigslist and followed procedures to post. However, the ad is not listed on Craigslist. I've checked daily and as of 1/3, the ad is still not listed. I've contacted Craigslist three times and received no response.
