Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage

I tried the steps, which I could do with XP, at /windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/network-connection-problem-help#network-problems=windows-7&v1h=win8tab1&v2h=win7tab1&v3h=winvistatab1&v4h=winxptab1I continue to get the same error message when I try to access the log in, "contactus," and forum pages on Craigslist: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"This does not happen on any other website. I think that the problem is with Craigs. I sent emails to Craigs about this, but all that I get is replies with the same links with the same error message. Craigs must have some way for people to contact them and get help with this issue?
