Why Cant I Finalize My Post?thers No Letters At The Bottem Of The Page,why?

the words say "to finalize your post enter the words at the bottom of this page" but there is no letters so i cant finalise my post.please help

Look for the three small icons vertically arranged at the right. Moving your mouse pointer over each will reveal its function. One will give you a different display; another will convert the puzzle to an audible one (instead of visual); and the third will provide help.
