What Does 'fee Disclosure: One Month Fee' Mean For Renting An Apt?

I am searching for an apartment to rent on Craigslist. I am wondering what the fee disclosure means when it is listed on the specific rental listing. Some fee disclosures say "no fee," others just say "fee," the one I'm looking at now says "one month fee." I just want to know what this means, and any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

It means you would have to pay a fee in addition to the rent, in the example you gave equivalent to one month's rent.
