What Does Craig Cant Lick Stamps That Fast Mean?

i get error msg "craig cant lick stamps that fast when i respond to mail from members or reply to posts.. 1 person told me it means im blocked from craigslist mail.. but why? What does it mean n how can i resolve it?

It means the Craigslist server is overloaded. It does not reflect on you.
