Unfortunately you cannot make someone answer you. Sometimes it just happens. In some cases the email went to their spam and they never saw it or if you texted or called they may not have been available at that time and then didn't know who it was. In some cases people have posted an ad directed at them letting them know they are trying to reach them. You can try that if you want. I would list the item in the title so they know it is for them.
