Apartment Rental Promised Posting Never Posted.

CraigsList Posting ID 1961438775 (Apt for rent in San Francisco) was accepted and was to be posted in 15 min after acceptance. That was last Fri. Today, Monday, after much inquiry, no one has responded to my querys (7). I paid $16 to a group called "Just Answer". That was at 10 a.m. today. Nothing. I'm tired. It's 3:15. Can you help, please.
