How Was My Ad Flagged And Replaced With Another Posting That Read 're: My Postin

My ad was flagged for removal, and in its place was a response to my posting in the same spot as my original posting but it read "re: and my posting title here, it was as if the person replied to my post on Craigslist itself and not to my email, how did they do this?
