Account Placed On Hold Through No Fault Of My Own.

Two days ago I was notified my account was placed on hold. I only place an ad every 15 days. However, someone else was using my account to sell cars and they were flagged many times. I changed my password several times, but this still happend. I have not received any answers to the many questions I have sent to Craigslist. I cannot open a new account with the same phone number. Please tell me what I can do. Thank you.

If the phone number you cite here is that given Craigslist to reigster, you're not limited to the "same phone number." If necessary, enlist a buddy to receive the phone call and convey the code to you.
