Unable To Upload Images.clicked Add Images And Browse.no Window With Xxxx.

Browse will take me to picture, tried to copy and paste. does not work.Pictues are in IMG file. How do I get the window to post images with XXXX. It worked fine a few months ago. Please help, Thanks.
