How To Transfer Listings From One Email To Another

I tried changing the email address under Settings and any replies to my ads keep going to my old email address and not the new one that I typed in and also set up in CraigsList. When I check settings my old email address keeps appearing even though I have changed it several times to my new email address. HELP! I am paying for two internets providers so I do not lose all of my listings under my old email address. How do I solve this problem?

Sunyata7, you're responding to my original response to your question, for which I apologize—it was not well thought out. If you refresh the answer you'll see that it's been revised; but I'll repeat it here:

It's tricky because although you can change the email address on the old account, you can't use the one for your new account because you can't have the same address on two accounts, and Craigslist provides no way to close an account.

The best course may be to simply have mail to your old email address sent to your new address, if your email provider enables that action, and use both accounts.

Otherwise using Craigslist's feedback options try to find a way to close your new account. Once that's done, log in with the old email address and click the settings tab (upper left); then on the next page next to "email address:" click "change." Simply change your old email address to your new email address.
