The ad is probably there, but you can't see it. It is one of the quirks of listing items on Craigslist. Sometimes you cannot see your own listing. Why does this happen? I have no idea.

But here's how to find your ad. Go to the section where your truck is for sale (I assume it's cars & trucks) and then press "Ctrl" and F5 on your keyboard at the same time. That will usually get your ad to show up. You will have to scroll through all of the listings for today until you find your listing, but it should show up once you hit control and F5 at the same time.
