Possible Fraud
we have a wheel chair on craigslist and someone responded saying they would buy site unseen and send a cashiers check for amount this sounds suspicious

This is a common scam. Don't accept a check of any kind, sight seen nor unseen. Scam checks are forged and will be accepted by you bank only to be rejected later, charging you with the amount of the check.
