I have been using Craigslist for many years and now with thrir new phone verificcation they cannot verify my phone

I suggest that you let Craigslist know that your number is one on their list of unverifiable phone types: VOIP, phone number outside the US/Canada or a toll free number (800 or 877)

You can use this form link to tell Craigslist about the issue since the policy change. Don't forget to ask for a solution in your online email.

You can also call Craigslist at their toll free number: 1-800-664-0633 x 5583 for a person or 1-415-566-6364 M-F 8:30am-4:30pm PST
