I gather you're bothered by unwanted phone calls. Listings expire after a week in most cases, so you shouldn't be bothered much longer by responses to the current listing. A legitimate concern is that the mistake may be perpetuated in a reposting. You could see if there's alternate contact information, and notify the poster of the error.

You could also try flagging the erroneous post (look to the upper right of the post).
