If you haven't received an expected message, it probably was diverted as spam (even though it's not spam). If you have a mail folder designated Spam, Trash, Junk, or Deleted Items, look there first. If you still can't find it, phone your Internet Service Provider (AOL) for guidance. Ask them also how you can whtelist mail from Craigslist,
