Why Has My Ip Address Been Blocked? I Can't Access Craigs List Anymore

how can I get my IP address unblocked as this has never happened before and I cannot access my account.

The sad news is that there exist no way to unblock an IP address blocked by Craigslist (or re-access the account under which the IP address was blocked) but you can try and create a new account as per the directions here.
