Why Doesn't My Ad Show Up In Cities Near My Home Under The Nearby Category

I live on Vancouver Island British Columbia and my ad does not appear in alternative cities on Vancouver Island but it will show mainland cities as the nearby ones. I need to show in Nanaimo and Victoria as nearby locations, not Bellingham and Vancouver

I gather you're posting to Vancouver and would like your ad to appear in certain nearby cities where it doesn't appear. There's nothing you can do about that aside from making the request to Craigslist. Various feedback and other contact options are provided at this Craigslist page.
