Craigslist Login Not Accessible For Long Time User

Hello I have had an acct on CL for over 15 years. I am locked out for some reason and when I go to change my password usually I receive an automated CL email that is sent to my acct and then it is changed. However, for the first time ever, I am not receiving this automated response so still have no way to access my acct. Can not even get into the message boards to ask for help either as it is not accepting my changed psswd on that site either. Very frustrating and I have a lot for sale on CL that I use for income. Thank you for any suggestions.
