My Craigslist Ads Never Post To Casual Encounters

I have been unable to get my craigslist ads to post to casual encounters for 5 days now. I have gone through getting my acct updated through phone verification and I even set up another email acct and tried to post ads with the new acct and they never post either. This is very frustrating. Can you tell me what the problem is? Thanks for your time.......Jerry

When I submit my ad I get a message that says "thanks for posting you ad will post in approximately 15 minsutes", but my ad never posts. As stated before, I have called and had my password reset, I even set up a new account and my ads never post even though I get the message stating that it will post in 15 mins.
