I Attempted To Update My Email Address On Craigs List As I Am Using A New Email

When I add in my new email address under "Edit email" it doesn't switch over to the new email address but instead, continues to display my original email address. I contacted them via email but of course, I received no response from them

Sorry for your problems. You will probably have to abandon that account and create a new one with the new address.
