thought I added pictures to recent post but they're not on my recently posted post. How do I edit an existing post by adding pictures

Sorry you're having problems. This is unfortunately a fairly frequent glitch with Craigslist. Try editing the post and see if that helps. Or you could try adding your picture with the HTML img tag. To do that at no cost you might want to use Google Sites -- see http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/free-multipurpose-web-pages-google-sites/.
