The previous answer is wrong. Craigslist provides essentially no one-on-one help. It's possible Craigslist deletes accounts it considers abandoned, but it does not document that practice. Your best bet is to submit this Craigslist form. If that doesn't work you may have to create a new account: provide a different email address and password.
