I'm guessing that when you use the term "blocked," you're referring to the rejection of your posts. It's unlikely your account would without explanation be "blocked" in the usual sense.

Craigslist states:

Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation -- for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms.

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
