(It's not possible from the information you've provided to discern the source of the problem. And it might not be possible under any circumstances; Craigslist's determinations often seem arbitrary.)

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
