Description Of Item Posted Was Wrong

Seller advertixed an outboard motor as a 1994 model. I purchased the motor and he still claimed it was a 1994. When I tried to purchase parts for it, the Evinrude dealer told me that the motor is in fact a 1989 model based on serial numbers on the motor. I tried to talk to the seller about the discrepency, and he became very rude, loud, obnoxious and he hung up on me and told me "no way" was I getting any money back. What can you do about an obvious dishonest sale?
