I Traded My Truck For A Harley On Craigs List Now The Bike Has Motor Problems

he said the motor was just gone thru about 300 miles ago but i see no sign of that, is there anything i can do thanks

Did you get a bill of sale? If so, does it say Sold as is? If it says sold as is then you cant do anything. If it says sold in good condition or you didnt get a bill of sale then you can file a small claims suit.
