Can A Seller Copy Another Seller Pictures And Post Them In His Posting ?

I was wondering if sellers can duplicate other sellers pictures and put them in their posting like if they were theirs because that what happen to my posting that person posted his item and took my pictures and put them in his posting and it's not even the same item which is misleading to buyers based on wrong pictures.Please help can a seller take another seller pictures and post them in his posting? Thanks for your time
