If you receive multiple replies that are similar to this it is probably a scam. Most likely they have worked something out to where they will be able to get some money out of it, like they would send you a bad check or something. I would ask him when he plans to be back in town and ask if he wants you to wait or sell it to someone else. If you get no reply or another reply like this I would count it as a scam for sure.

yes this is a scam, usually its a fraudulent check and the buyer is out of country so cant be prosocuted and your item is gone when bank finds out its a bogus check, have heard of this happening to a couple lpeople i know craigslist is bad for scams, if they cant/wont meet you in person its not good
