Your question is hard to understand but whatever the issue I can tell you that asking Craigslist will get you nowhere. Perhaps by "relocate the item" you mean advertise your item to a different location. The only way to do that is to delete your original post and (after at least 48 hours from the original posting) to post to the new location. Even this may cause problems for you, as Craigslist wants you to advertise only in your local area.
