Why Is It That Some People Can Post An Ad But None Of Mine Show Up?

I have tried to post an ad on personals and it wont go through..I have even tried posting it to a different craigslist and it still will not show up! I have gone through all of the steps for my ad and craigslist sends me a confirmation code but no ad
