That error message indicates that you have previously signed up using the same email address or the same password, which this time around don't match. Your best bet may be to click the "forgot password?" link on the login page. If that doesn't work, you should presume the password you're using is correct but the email address isn't -- in which case you'd have to recall the original email address, or open an entirely new account (with new password and new email address, and a different verification phone number).
